Membership costs $20 per month unless otherwise stated. We may update pricing with notice. Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges, but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods.

6. Telegram delivery

You acknowledge alerts are delivered via Telegram and depend on Telegram availability and your account access. We are not responsible for Telegram outages or delivery delays.

7. Acceptable use

• No reselling/redistribution of alerts or content without written permission.
• No unlawful use or abusive behavior.
• No attempts to disrupt the Service.

8. Intellectual property

All content, designs, and branding are owned by Owlhoot.ai or licensors and protected by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owlhoot.ai is not liable for trading losses or indirect/consequential damages related to use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
