Completion assurance · Private preview

AI completion claims
should have evidence.

Owlhoot is developing Provably Done, a private-preview assurance layer for AI coding workflows. It is designed to tie completion claims to scoped evidence and withhold an Owlhoot verdict when required checks are missing.

The enforcement and issuance implementation remains private. Production deployment is not publicly available.

The question behind the work

What supports the claim
that the work is done?

A useful completion claim identifies the declared scope, the supplied evidence and the configured checks. Those should be distinguishable from an agent’s description of its own work.

This research continues alongside Finance Studio. The two efforts share an interest in reviewable work; the public verifier does not certify Finance Studio or validate its financial results.

Public verification boundary

A bounded result.
An explicit limitation.

The public AuditGrade Verifier checks declared cryptographic and evidence-integrity conditions against the trust root supplied to the invocation.

A meaningful trust decision requires that trust root to be selected and controlled outside the claimant or agent boundary.

A PASS does not establish that the underlying work is correct, complete in the real world, bug-free, suitable, compliant, production-ready or independently certified.
