Privacy Notice
This notice applies to information sent through the design-partner request form on owlhoot.ai.
Who controls the information
Owlhoot LLC controls the information it receives through the form. Contact kirk@owlhoot.ai with privacy questions or requests.
Information collected
The form requires a business email address, a workflow category, and acknowledgment of this notice. A role or team, high-level business impact, and discovery-call preference are optional. The form also sends fixed hidden source and product labels and a fixed notification subject. Formspree may process technical metadata such as IP address, browser type, access time, and referring page when it handles a submission.
How the information is used
Owlhoot uses the submission to evaluate design-partner fit, respond to the request, and arrange a discovery call when requested. Owlhoot does not use the submission for unrelated marketing and does not sell the submitted information.
Form processor and processing location
Formspree processes the form submission, may store it in the Formspree inbox or spam area, and sends a notification copy to Owlhoot's mailbox. Formspree states that its services may process information in the United States and other countries where it operates. Formspree's handling is described in the Formspree Privacy Policy.
Website delivery
Cloudflare provides delivery and security services for owlhoot.ai and may process IP address and web-request metadata when the site is accessed. Cloudflare's handling is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Retention
Owlhoot removes active copies under its control no later than 12 months after the last interaction. The last interaction is the most recent timestamp among the original submission and Owlhoot's sent or received email about that request. Owlhoot removes records earlier when they are no longer needed for the stated purpose or when a verified deletion request is granted, unless retention is required by law. Service-provider backup copies may persist for limited periods under the provider's retention policy.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit credentials, source code, personal data beyond your business contact information, client data, regulated information, vulnerability details, incident evidence, or confidential architecture through the form.
Your choices
To request access to or deletion of a submission, email kirk@owlhoot.ai. Owlhoot verifies control by replying to the submitted email address before disclosing or deleting a record.
